Evolution Tutors
A client website project focused on presentation, discoverability and service positioning for an online tutoring brand.
Evolution Tutors is a client website project built for an online tutoring brand. The site was created to present the service clearly, build trust with parents and provide a professional base for attracting tuition clients.
The problem
The client needed more than a basic brochure site. The goal was to shape a credible tutoring brand, explain the service, present the right tone for parents and students, and create a website that could support future growth beyond one tutor.
That meant spending time on structure, copy, imagery and the overall feel of the site, not just putting pages online.
What I built
- A WordPress website for a tutoring service with a clear public-facing brand.
- Page layouts designed around trust, clarity and service explanation.
- Copy and content structure developed with the client through multiple rounds of feedback.
- A visual style that made the brand feel more established and approachable.
- A hosting setup on a DigitalOcean-backed environment for speed and room to grow.
- A site foundation that could later support more tutors and broader booking workflows.
Product thinking
For service businesses, the website has to reduce uncertainty. Parents need to understand what is being offered, who it is for and why they should enquire. The design work was therefore focused on clarity, trust and making the service feel easy to approach.
The build was also planned with future scale in mind. It could start as a site for one tutor, then grow into a broader platform with additional tutors and more structured booking if the business needed it.
Why it matters
Evolution Tutors is a useful example of client-focused web work: listening to the brief, shaping a brand, refining content and building something that supports a real service business.
It sits alongside my ecommerce and product projects because the same principles apply: clear positioning, good user journeys and a site that helps the business get enquiries.
Current platform
The site runs on WordPress and was originally built with Divi, hosted on a DigitalOcean-backed stack through Cloudways.
